Returns & Shipping

Because we stock all of our items, all orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.


Custom print orders are an exception and are printed on demand by the manufacturer. Please contact us at questions@naturallychicb2b.com for a pricing quote, shipping times and options on custom print orders.


Why don’t we offer free shipping? Let’s face it, “Free Shipping” is not really free. When vendors offer you free shipping, they’re simply charging you more for the product and trying to entice you with the illusion of “free”. We choose to offer the lowest prices and charge shipping based on the actual shipping costs we incur. We feel this is honest and we respect our customers ability to compare prices.


Shipping:


In the USA most orders will be shipped via FedEx. Our fulfillment center is located in Kansas City, Missouri.


Standard Shipping

Disposable tableware and packaging products tend to be lightweight and inexpensive relative to many other things, so the shipping cost tends to be high relative to the product value. For that reason, we feel that 3 - 5 day ground shipping service is the best option.


Express Shipping

However, if you need the item immediately, we do offer an overnight option. Both options are calculated at checkout based on your order size.


Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and other US territories

We offer shipping to these areas. These rates will also be calculated upon checkout based on order size.


International Shipping

Our Refund Policy

At Naturally Chic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Pleasecontact us at questions@naturallychicb2b.com within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

If the product is defective we will refund your payment (including shipping) and send you a return shipping label. Otherwise, we will refund your payment (minus shipping cost and $15 warehouse restocking fee). You will also be responsible for return shipping. If you’re planning on exchanging for a different item we will credit you the restocking fee.

Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
