Because we stock all of our items, all orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Most orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Our fulfillment center is located in Kansas City, Missouri.
We now offer FREE standard shipping to all 48 contiguous states within 3 - 5 business days.
However, if you need the item immediately, we do offer an overnight option. Express shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order size.

Our Refund Policy
At Naturally Chic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Pleasecontact us at email@example.com within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
If the product is defective we will refund your payment (including shipping) and send you a return shipping label. Alternatively and if agreed upon, we can offer you a partial discount. Otherwise, we will refund your payment (minus shipping cost and $15 warehouse restocking fee). You will also be responsible for return shipping.
Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. Products must be in resellable condition, which means that all sealed, inner plastic packaging must be unopened. This is due to health reasons and the food contact nature of our products. Unfortunately our wheat straws cannot be returned.
We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
